Eight years ago I hit rock bottom. My life was completely falling apart at the age of 24. I suffered from: depression, extreme anxiety , my marriage was falling apart, i struggled with addictions, I completely lost family relationships, I had severe control issues, I lied to myself and to others, I was very negitive , I suffered from horrible neck and back pain, parts of my body would go numb, I was very angry, I was hallucinating and hearing voices, I had intense nightmares,I got into major credit card dept, I had no love for myself, I had no connection with God, no peace, no joy, no happiness , my life was chaos .

Eight years ago when I was ready to end it all, I stumbled onto something that completely changed my life . What I stumbled on gave me the determination and strength and courage to take the next steps forward and begin to blossom out of the dark valley I was living in. It wasn’t the easiest journey but it was entirely worth it. I am happy to say that I have healed completely naturally from the entire list above. I never received medical help, prescription drugs, rehab, professional counseling or any other sort of thing you might be thinking of to heal.

I want to share my entire journey with you on how I healed naturally and become a whole person…spirit, mind and body. I hope it inspires you to take the next steps forward and begin your journey to healing as well. My journey is amazing and I feel I must continue to share it with all who have an interest in listening.

It is time to take the next step. You have suffered long enough. I know you desire to move forward, but you have to make the choice to stand up and start climbing out of the dark valley you are living in. This is your choice. Just like it was my choice. Nobody else can do this for you. I am here every step of the way to encourage you and to give you hope to a brighter more beautiful future as you blossom out of the dark valley you are living in.
