So I figured this stuff would be pretty uncomfortable. After all, if it’s supposed to slim you down while wearing it, it has to have somewhat of a downside to it. I also assumed that the designs and colors would be lacking, to say the least. Luckily, none of these are the case with Miracle Suit. Essentially , the designers created a style and fit for everyone and every swimsuit is quite fashionable in its own unique way. Another obvious plus is that you can buy it at your local Dillards or Macy’s. Just ask for the miracle suit swimwear.

People seem to be skeptical of this great stuff. Being a plus-size woman, I love it! The only thing I slightly dislike about it is the price obviously, as it is a little high. But the technology more than makes up for it . The fabric uses three times the amount of spandex of any other type of swimsuit . It is called Miratex. Moreover , they don’t forfeit comfort and style for function . They have thousands of stylish, fashionable designs and colors to choose from . I think their designers are the same women that wear the product, because they understand exactly how it should look and feel.

It is time to take the next step.

Unless you change, you will always be the same.

Eight years ago I hit rock bottom.  My life was completely falling apart at the age of 24.   I suffered from:  depression, extreme anxiety , my marriage was falling apart, i struggled with addictions, I completely lost family relationships,   I had severe control issues, I lied to myself and to others, I was very negitive , I suffered from horrible neck and back pain, parts of my body would go numb, I was very angry, I was hallucinating and hearing voices, I had intense nightmares,I got into major credit card dept, I had no love for myself, I had no connection with God, no peace, no joy, no happiness , my life was chaos .

Although you will find numerous legitimate contests for writers, regrettably there also seems to be numerous questionable competitions developed to “scam” aspiring writers.

Numerous iniquitous individuals and/or crafty companies have capitalized on the naivete or desperation of beginning writers, who are so eager to obtain published that they’re willing to pay outrageous fees to enter contests that “guarantee” they will get published or promise thousands of dollars in prizes…

The prize money pledged in some of these competitions may never really exist. The so-called “contest sponsors” may in no way choose a winner and just continue to collect writing submissions and also the cash of the unsuspecting “entrants.”

Choice Theory: A New Psychology of Personal Freedom

Dr. Glasser is the pioneer of “Choice Theory.”  He suggests that all our actions are chosen, either consciously or subconsciously.  Choice Theory lists 7 Caring Habits and Seven Deadly Habits; to a significant extent choosing between these Caring Habits and Deadly Habits can decide our level of fullfillment with our lives.

Dr. Glasser’s Choice Theory proposes that personal relationships largely decide whether or not we have satisfying lives; and that the outcome of those relationships is fundamentally decided by how we respond to the choices of optimistic , nurturing habits or negative , destructive habits.  The more we shift towards the 7 Habits that result in Personal Empowerment, the more we move towards rewarding   Relationships.

Your first choice centres on, “Are we Supporting, or Criticizing?”   From our own reactions to being criticized, we know that criticism does not work.  We also know that supportive behaviour does work.  To have satisfying relationships, we must be perpetually working to improve supportive behaviours and cut down our criticism of others.

Second, we should to ask, “Are we Encouraging, or Blaming?” Similar to the above – the question that comes to mind is, “Do you want to fix the blame?  Or do you want to fix the problem?”  As long as we stay in the “blame game” we lose the opportunity to encourage .
